FW1600 Plastik Boru Hidrolik Alın Kaynak Makinesi, Ø1000 mm – Ø1600 mm çap aralığındaki termoplastik boruların alın kaynağı için geliştirilmiştir. PE, PP ve PVDF malzemeli borularda PN16 basınç sınıfına kadar çalışabilir.
32 kW gücündeki güçlü ısıtıcı ve 4 kW gücündeki traşlayıcı ünitesi, çok büyük çaplı borularda dahi yeterli ısı ve yüzey hazırlığı sağlar. Trifaze elektrik sistemiyle çalışan makinenin hidrolik ünitesi 200 Bar çalışma basıncına ulaşır.
-10 C° ile +40 C° arasında çalışabilen makine; ana gövde, ısıtıcı ve traşlayıcı bileşenleriyle birlikte büyük ölçekli boru hatları için yüksek kapasiteli bir kaynak çözümü sunar.
