FW500 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine, designed for butt welding of plastic pipes in a wide diameter range. It operates in a welding range of Ø180 mm – Ø500 mm and allows welding of pipes with diameters of Ø180, Ø200, Ø225, Ø250, Ø280, Ø315, Ø355, Ø400, Ø450 and Ø500 mm.
The machine is suitable for welding pipes in PE, PP and PVDF materials, up to PN32 pressure class. It operates with a 380 V – 5.5 kW heater, 380 V – 1.1 kW scraper and 380 V – 1.1 kW hydraulic unit; total power consumption is 7.35 kW, working pressure is 150 Bar.
The generator power required for the machine, which operates on a three-phase electrical system, is 12 kVA. It can be used in an operating temperature range of -10 °C to +40 °C and runs on Hydraulic 46 hydraulic oil (4 L).
