FW630 Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine for Plastic Pipes is developed for the precise joining of thermoplastic pipes in the Ø315 mm – Ø630 mm diameter range. It can operate up to PN32 pressure class on pipes made of PE, PP, and PVDF materials.
The machine, which operates on a three-phase electrical system, features a 7.5 kW heater and a 1.5 kW trimmer unit. The hydraulic unit, offering a working pressure of 150 Bar, provides smooth and balanced pressure throughout the welding process.
The machine, capable of operating at ambient temperatures between -10 C° and +40 C°, offers an integrated solution suitable for field conditions together with its control unit, heater, planer, and storage box.
