EF Coupler HDPE100+ is an electrofusion fitting used for end-to-end joining of polyethylene pipes. The resistance wire integrated into the body heats up with the current supplied by the welding machine, melting the pipe and coupler surfaces and creating a homogeneous bond that fuses them together.The high-density polyethylene structure provides the coupler with impact resistance and a long service life. Offered in a wide diameter range from Ø20 mm to Ø355 mm, the product adapts to different pipe sizes in drinking water, wastewater, and gas distribution lines.The electrofusion method is a reliable solution in narrow spaces and installations requiring low tolerance. Produced to Fortiweld quality standards, EF couplers contribute to the network remaining leak-proof for many years.
