EF Saddle HDPE100+ is an electrofusion fitting designed to create a new branch outlet on an existing polyethylene pipeline. Thanks to different combinations of main pipe diameter and outlet diameter (e.g. Ø20-Ø63 outlets on Ø63 main), it offers flexible branching solutions for gas and water networks.With its integrated resistance wires, fast and reliable joining is achieved using an electrofusion welding machine, reducing labor time during on-site installation. The HDPE100+ raw material provides the fitting with high pressure resistance and long service life. Offered with the Fortiweld assurance, the EF Saddle is preferred for infrastructure projects where leak tightness and mechanical integrity are paramount.
