HDPE Steel Flange (PN16) is a joining component used to create a flanged connection in HDPE pipe systems. Its inner body is made of PE100 material, while its outer surface is made of high-strength carbon steelmaterial. This structure helps provide mechanical strength and connection continuity in the transition of the plastic pipeline to metal equipment.The product is joined to the HDPE pipe by butt welding or electrofusion method. Thus, a flanged connection can be established with valves, pumps, metal pipes, or similar equipment. PN16 It is suitable for the pressure class and is considered in system design for applications up to 16 bar level; final use depends on line design and operating conditions.

Standard and area of use

HDPE Steel Flanges are widely preferred in industrial piping and infrastructure applications. The product can be manufactured in accordance with, DIN 2501, DIN EN 1092-1 and ISO 7005-1 standards. In this way, flange dimensions and connection compatibility can be evaluated according to the relevant standards.
