FW800 Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine for Plastic Pipes is designed for the butt welding of thermoplastic pipes in the Ø500 mm – Ø800 mm diameter range. It can be applied up to PN32 pressure class on pipes made of PE, PP, and PVDF materials.
The machine is equipped with a 10 kW heater and a 2.2 kW planer unit. It operates with a three-phase electrical system, and its hydraulic unit provides a 150 Bar working pressure, ensuring even pressure distribution on the welding surfaces.
The machine, capable of operating between -10 C° and +40 C°, offers integrated equipment for field welding works together with its main body, heater, and planer components.
