FW1000 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine, designed for serial and reliable joining of thermoplastic pipes in the diameter range of Ø630 mm – Ø1000 mm. It operates up to PN32 pressure class on pipes made of PE, PP and PVDF materials.
With a 15 kW heater and a 3 kW scraperunit, it provides stable welding performance even on large diameter pipes. The hydraulic unit of the machine operating with three-phase electrical system reaches a working pressure of 200 Bar.
The machine operating between -10 C° and +40 C°; together with its main body, heater and scraper components, is an integrated welding solution for large-scale pipe lines.
