High-capacity hydraulic welding machine developed for butt welding of PE, PP and PVDF pipes from Ø710 mm to Ø1200 mm. Suitable for large-diameter water and wastewater lines.
FW1200 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine, designed for joining thermoplastic pipes in the diameter range of Ø710 mm – Ø1200 mm. It allows application up to PN32 pressure class on pipes made of PE, PP and PVDF materials.
The heater unit with 16 kW power and the scraper unit with 3 kW power create a smooth and homogeneous welding surface on large diameter pipes. The machine, which operates with three-phase electrical system, provides a hydraulic unit with 200 Bar working pressure.
The machine operating between -10 C° and +40 C°; presents an integrated equipment ready for on-site use, complete with main body, heater, scraper, control unit and protective casing.
