FW2000 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine, with Ø1600 mm – Ø2000 mm diameter range, is the widest diameter capacity model designed for joining thermoplastic pipes. Applications up to PN32 pressure class can be performed on pipes made of PE, PP and PVDF materials.
The 40 kW heater and 7.5 kW scraper unit provide powerful and balanced welding performance even on large-diameter pipes. The hydraulic unit of the machine, which operates with a three-phase electrical system, reaches a working pressure of 200 Bar.
The machine, which can operate in a wide temperature range between -40 C° and +40 C°; together with the main body, heater, scraper, control unit and protective box, offers integrated equipment for large-scale projects.
