Steel Blind Flange is a carbon steel connection element used to close the end points of pipelines and to blind them temporarily or permanently. It is preferred for safely terminating flow in pressurized liquid and gas systems, isolating the line during maintenance work, or closing a branch that has been taken out of service.This blind flange, with a PN16 pressure class, is designed for use in pressurized lines up to 16 bar under suitable system conditions. As the production standard, DIN 2501 / DIN EN 1092-1 / ISO 7005-1 is taken as the basis. When making a selection in practice, the line content, temperature, connection size, and the gasket-bolt arrangement used should be evaluated together.
