FW2500 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine, an industrial solution developed for joining large diameter PE, PP and PVDF pipes between Ø2000 mm and Ø2500 mm. Two movable and two fixed clamps located on the main body ensure that the pipes to be welded are secured and centered as supports.
The hydraulic pressure force applied to the system directs the movable clamps forward and backward through two pistons on the carrier shaft. This controlled movement ensures that the welding process is performed with correct pressure and alignment; thus, a homogeneous weld seam is obtained even in large diameter pipes.
Equipped with high heater power and powerful scraper unit, the machine operates with a three-phase electrical system and provides efficient performance in a wide temperature range. It is manufactured with Fortiweld quality understanding for large-scale infrastructure and industrial pipeline projects.
