FW2800 Plastic Pipe Manual Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine, an industrial solution developed for joining large diameter PE, PP and PVDF pipes between Ø1600 mm and Ø2800 mm. Its manually operated hydraulic system provides the operator with direct control over welding parameters.
The machine's clamping system secures and centers the pipes to be welded; the applied hydraulic pressure force ensures the surfaces are joined in a controlled manner. The machine can work on pipe types up to PN32 pressure class, enabling homogeneous and durable weld seams even in large cross-section pipes.
Equipped with high-power heater and powerful cutting unit, the machine operates with three-phase electrical system and delivers efficient performance over a wide working temperature range. It is safely used with Fortiweld quality standards in large infrastructure and industrial piping projects.
