Fortiweld MHFW160 Plastic Pipe Manual Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine is designed for the butt-to-butt welding of polyethylene and plastic pipes between Ø40 mm and Ø160 mm. It can work with PE, PP, and PVDF materials and supports pipes up to PN32 pressure class.
Equipped with 220 V – 1.5 kW heater and 220 V – 0.37 kW planer power; it operates with a total electricity consumption of 1.87 kW and 150 Bar operating pressure. Thanks to the 4 kVA generator power requirement and the operating temperature range of -10 to +40 °C, it provides reliable weld seams in field and workshop applications.
