Fortiweld FW160 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine, developed for butt welding of polyethylene and plastic pipes between Ø40 mm and Ø160 mm. It can work with PE, PP and PVDF materials and supports pipes up to PN32 pressure class.
220 V – 1.5 kW heater, 220 V – 0.37 kW scraper and 220 V – 0.75 kW hydraulic power; it operates with a total of 1.87 kW power consumption and 150 Bar working pressure. With 4 kVA generator power requirement and -10 to +40 °C operating temperature range, it provides reliable and precise welding operations in field conditions.
