The FW250 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine is a hydraulically driven machine designed to join thermoplastic pipes ranging from Ø63 mm to Ø250 mm using the butt fusion welding method. It can work with PE, PP and PVDF materials and is suitable for pipe connections up to PN32 pressure class. Operating with a single-phase electrical system, it provides ease of installation and power supply on the job site.
With 2.8 kW heater power, 0.75 kW planer and 0.55 kW hydraulic unit, the machine delivers balanced performance and provides stable welding at 150 Bar operating pressure; total electricity consumption is 4.1 kW and the recommended generator power is 6 kVA. The wide operating temperature range of -40 °C to +40 °C makes the machine suitable for demanding field conditions.
Offered with the Fortiweld assurance, the FW250 produces efficient, repeatable, and reliable welding results in medium-diameter polyethylene line projects thanks to its Hydraulic 46 oil use and robust mechanical structure.
