The FW400 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine is designed for butt fusion welding of medium diameter plastic pipes. It operates within a welding range of Ø160 mm – Ø400 mm and enables welding of pipes with diameters of Ø160, Ø180, Ø200, Ø225, Ø250, Ø280, Ø315, Ø355 and Ø400 mm.
The machine is suitable for welding pipes made of PE, PP, and PVDF materials up to PN32 pressure class. It operates with a 380 V – 4.5 kW heater, 380 V – 1.1 kW planer, and 380 V – 1.1 kW hydraulic unit; total electrical consumption is 6.35 kW, and the working pressure is 150 Bar.
The generator power required for the machine, which operates on a three-phase electrical system, is 12 kVA. It can be used in an operating temperature range of -10 °C to +40 °C and runs on Hydraulic 46 hydraulic oil (4 L).
