FW400M Plastic Pipe Monophase Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine, a monophase model designed for butt welding of medium-sized plastic pipes. It operates in the welding range of Ø160 mm – Ø400 mm and allows welding of pipes with diameters Ø160, Ø180, Ø200, Ø225, Ø250, Ø280, Ø315, Ø355 and Ø400 mm.
The machine is suitable for welding pipes in PE, PP and PVDF materials, up to PN32 pressure class. It operates with a 220 V – 4.5 kW heater, 220 V – 1.1 kW chiller and 220 V – 0.75 kW hydraulic unit; total power consumption 6.35 kW, working pressure 150 Bar.
The machine operating with a monophase electrical system requires a generator power of 12 kVA. It can be used in a working temperature range of -10 C° ~ +40 C° and operates with Hydraulic 46 hydraulic oil (4 lt).
