What is a Tilting Check Valve?

Tilting check valve, is a type of non-return valve that allows fluid to flow in only one direction and automatically closes to prevent backflow. It opens and closes through the hinged/tilting motion of the disk structure; this design can provide more balanced and responsive flow control in certain applications.These types of check valves are used in pipelines to prevent flow reversal in situations such as pump shutdown, pressure changes, or process interruption.
