HDPE100+ Steel Weld-End Transition is a metal transition piece that allows the plastic pipeline to be safely connected to the steel pipe system. One end is designed to be joined to the HDPE side, and the other end to the steel pipe with a weld-end.
The product is offered in a wide range from Ø20 (1/2”) up to larger diameters, in PN16 pressure class. For each size, the total length, steel section length and assembly dimensions are produced according to standard values, ensuring compatibility with different line geometries.
Providing a leak-tight and durable connection at transition points where HDPE and steel lines meet, this fitting is used safely in drinking water, wastewater, and industrial pipelines with Fortiweld quality assurance.
