HDPE100+ Metal Internal Thread Transition, a transition element that enables safe transfer of plastic pipe lines to internal threaded metal connection points. It offers the possibility of removable assembly to equipment such as valves, meters, and fittings through threaded connection.
The product is manufactured in a wide range from Ø20 (1/2”) size to Ø125 and in PN16 pressure class. For each size, thread size, length, and assembly dimensions are determined according to standard values; this provides a connection compatible with different plumbing elements.
This part creates a leak-free and durable transition at the points where plastic and metal plumbing meet; it is safely used in drinking water, wastewater, and industrial lines with Fortiweld quality understanding.
