The CNC FW315 is a single-phase, CNC-controlled hydraulic welding machine developed for butt welding PE, PP, and PVDF pipes in the Ø90-Ø315 mm range. It operates at a maximum working pressure of 150 Bar.
The CNC FW315 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine is designed to operate on pipe diameters between Ø90 mm and Ø315 mm. It is used for butt welding of pipes made of PE, PP, and PVDF materials, up to a pressure class of PN32.
Operating with a 220 V single-phase electrical system, the machine has 3.5 kW heater power, 0.75 kW planer power and 0.75 kW hydraulic unit power. With 150 Bar operating pressure and 9 kVA generator requirement, it ensures ease of use even in fields where grid power is limited.
The machine, suitable for operation at ambient temperatures between -10 °C and +40 °C, is commissioned with 4 liters of Hydraulic 46 type hydraulic oil. The CNC control unit provides precise welding parameters for small to medium diameter pipelines.
