CNC FW250 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine, a CNC-controlled welding solution designed for the precise joining of PE, PP, and PVDF pipes between Ø75 mm and Ø250 mm. Through automation, welding parameters are applied consistently and operator-related error margin is minimized.
Operating with a single-phase electrical system, the machine can be easily powered even in site conditions thanks to low total electricity consumption. The machine can work with pipe types up to PN32 pressure class, enabling homogeneous and repeatable welded seams to be obtained in a wide diameter range.
Equipped with integrated heater, scraper, and hydraulic unit, the CNC FW250 delivers efficient performance in a wide working temperature range. It is reliably used in medium-scale pipe lines and site applications with Fortiweld quality understanding.
