The CNC FW160 is a single-phase, CNC-controlled hydraulic welding machine developed for the butt welding of PE, PP, and PVDF pipes in the Ø40-Ø160 mm range. It is a practical solution for small-diameter pipelines.
The CNC FW160 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine is designed to work with pipe diameters between Ø40 mm and Ø160 mm. It is used for butt welding of pipes made of PE, PP and PVDF materials, up to PN32 pressure class.
Operating on a 220 V single-phase electrical system, the machine has 1.5 kW heater power, 0.37 kW planer power and 0.75 kW hydraulic power. With 150 Bar working pressure and a 4 kVA generator requirement, it operates with low energy consumption on small-diameter lines.
Suitable for operation in ambient temperatures between -10 °C and +40 °C, the machine is commissioned with 4 liters of Hydraulic 46 type hydraulic oil. Thanks to its compact structure, it is easily used in narrow spaces and on construction sites.
