Air Hose

Air Hose is an air hose with quick-connect fittings at both ends that provides the connection between the plug and the pump, compressor, or pressure control unit when inflating test and sealing plugs. It has a 10 mm inner diameter; available in 6 m and 12 m length options.

Application Area

It is used in applications where the plug needs to be inflated at a point away from the operator, in manhole work, and in inflations performed with a compressor.

Usage Notes

• The hose should be laid out without bending or crushing.
• Connections must be clean before installation.
• The hose rubbing against sharp edges should be checked for damage.
• A textile-covered hose may be preferred in areas prone to abrasion.
