Cnc FW1600 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine, designed for joining large diameter plastic pipes and fittings by butt welding method. CNC control system allows precise management of welding parameters.

The machine can weld PE, PP and PVDF pipes between Ø1000 mm and Ø1600 mm up to PN32 pressure class. It operates with 380 V three-phase power supply; heater power is 32 kW, cutter power is 4 kW and hydraulic power is 2.2 kW. Working pressure is 200 Bar and is suitable for use in ambient temperatures between -10 C° and +40 C°.
