The CNC FW400 is a three-phase, CNC-controlled hydraulic welding machine developed for butt welding PE, PP, and PVDF pipes in the Ø160-Ø400 mm range. Thanks to its lightweight structure, it offers ease of use.
CNC FW400 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine is designed to operate on pipe diameters between Ø160 mm and Ø400 mm. It is used for butt welding of PE, PP and PVDF pipes up to PN32 pressure class.
Operating with a 380 V three-phase electrical system, the machine has 4.5 kW heater power, 1.1 kW planer power and 1.1 kW hydraulic unit power. With 150 Bar operating pressure and 12 kVA generator requirement, it provides balanced performance on medium-diameter lines.
Thanks to its lightweight structure, it can be easily transported and positioned on site. Suitable for operation in ambient temperatures from -10 °C to +40 °C, the machine is commissioned with 4 liters of Hydraulic 46 type hydraulic oil.
