The CNC FW400M is a single-phase, CNC-controlled hydraulic welding machine developed for butt welding PE, PP, and PVDF pipes in the Ø160-Ø400 mm range. It is suitable for sites where mains power is limited.
CNC FW400M Plastic Pipe Single-Phase Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine, designed to work with pipe diameters between Ø160 mm and Ø400 mm. It is used in butt welding of pipes made of PE, PP and PVDF materials, up to PN32 pressure class.
The machine operates with a 220 V single-phase electrical system, has a 4.5 kW heater power, 1.1 kW scraper power and 0.75 kW hydraulic unit power. With 150 Bar working pressure and 12 kVA generator requirement, it provides ease of use in fields where three-phase grid is not available.
-10 °C to +40 °C ambient temperatures suitable for operation, the machine is commissioned with 4 liters of Hydraulic 46 type hydraulic oil. Thanks to the CNC control unit, welding parameters are managed precisely.
