The CNC FW630 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine is developed to operate on pipe diameters between Ø315 mm and Ø630 mm. It is safely used for butt welding of pipes made of PE, PP, and PVDF materials, up to a pressure class of PN32.
The machine operates with a 380 V three-phase electrical system, featuring 7.5 kW heater power, 1.5 kW shaving power, and 1.1 kW hydraulic unit power. With a working pressure of 150 Bar and a 15 kVA generator requirement, it offers a suitable solution for field conditions.
The machine is suitable for operation in ambient temperatures between -10 °C and +40 °C and is commissioned with 4 liters of Hydraulic 46 type hydraulic oil. The unit, supplied together with the main body, ensures repeatable welding quality on medium-diameter pipelines.
