CNC FW1200 is a three-phase, CNC-controlled hydraulic machine developed for the butt welding of PE, PP, and PVDF pipes in the Ø710-Ø1200 mm range. It is supplied with the main body, heater, facer, and control unit.
The CNC FW1200 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine is designed to operate on pipe diameters ranging from Ø710 mm to Ø1200 mm. It is safely used for butt welding of pipes made of PE, PP, and PVDF materials, up to PN32 pressure class.
Operating with a 380 V three-phase electrical system, the machine has a 16 kW heater power, 3 kW trimmer power, and 2,2 kW hydraulic unit power. With 200 Bar operating pressure and a 30 kVA generator requirement, it provides efficient welding on large-diameter pipelines.
The machine is supplied with the main body, heater, trimmer, control unit, and storage box. It is suitable for operation at ambient temperatures from -10 °C to +40 °C and is commissioned with 6 liters of Hydraulic 46 type hydraulic oil.
