The CNC FW2000 is a three-phase, CNC-controlled hydraulic welding machine developed for the butt welding of large-diameter PE, PP, and PVDF pipes such as Ø1600-Ø2000 mm. With its high-power infrastructure, it is suitable for mass production.
CNC FW2000 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine, designed for welding large-diameter pipes between Ø1600 mm and Ø2000 mm. Used for joining pipes made of PE, PP and PVDF materials up to PN32 pressure class.
The machine operates with a 380 V three-phase electrical system, providing high-capacity production with 40 kW heater power, 7.5 kW scraper power and 4 kW hydraulic unit power. It offers stable performance in large-diameter pipe lines with 200 Bar working pressure and 80 kVA generator power.
CNC control unit allows precise management of welding parameters. The machine operates at ambient temperatures between -10 °C and +40 °C, uses 6 liters of Hydraulic 46 type hydraulic oil, and is supplied with the main body, heater and scraper components.
