DL-FW Data Logger

DL-FW Data Logger is a quality control device that automatically records and reports the parameters of joints performed on pipe socket welding machines. It monitors critical values such as welding pressures, welding times, and heating element temperature, ensuring that each connection is documented.Data can be manually entered via a 7-inch touchscreen HMI; ISO 12176 traceability is supported with information such as commission number, welder ID, pipe codes, and weather conditions. The device operates in compliance with DVS 2207-1, DVS 2207-11, and ISO 21307 welding standards and exports data via USB connection.With English, Turkish, Russian, and Hungarian language options, the DL-FW can be used on different job sites and has CE and ISO 9001 approvals. With comprehensive recording capacity, it provides reliable welding documentation for project deliveries.
