Hand Extruder, a lightweight welding device carried by hand, used in extrusion welding of polyethylene and polypropylene materials. With its approximately 7.25 kg weight and compact body, it provides comfortable working conditions for the operator in field repairs and detail welding.The device operates with Ø3-4 mm wires with a welding wire feeding capacity of 1.8-2.1 kg/hour and thanks to electronic speed control, adjustments can be made with precision suitable for different jobs. The 2600 W hot air blower ensures the welding surface reaches the correct temperature, helping to obtain strong and homogeneous joints.With its durable structure and ease of use, the Hand Extruder is preferred in tank, pool, geomembrane, and plastic manufacturing applications. The device has CE and ISO 9001 approvals and can be easily activated in any field with 220 V single-phase power supply.
