The CNC FW1000 Plastic Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine is a CNC-controlled machine that provides high precision in butt welding of large-diameter thermoplastic pipes between Ø630 mm and Ø1000 mm. It can work with PE, PP and PVDF materials and up to PN32 pressure class; the CNC control unit automatically manages welding parameters to produce consistent and repeatable results.
The machine offers powerful performance with a 15 kW heater, 3 kW scraper and 2.2 kW hydraulic unit; designed for large-diameter pipeline projects with three-phase electrical system, 200 Bar working pressure and 20 kW total power consumption. The recommended generator capacity is 30 kVA and the -40 °C to +40 °C operating temperature range is suitable for challenging field conditions.
The complete set consisting of main body, heater, scraper, control unit and protective box is provided under Fortiweld warranty, including the use of Hydraulic 46 oil. The CNC FW1000 is an ideal solution for large infrastructure projects that require a documented and standardized welding process.
